If you are attempting to find the approximate wave length of K beta for Mo, where do you go from the K alpha calculations.
(Z-1)^2
Ek= -(13.6eV)------- = -22900
1^2
(Z-1)^2
EL= -(13.6eV)-------= -5720
2^2
Delta E = Ek - El = -17200 eV
Lamda= hc/abs Delta E= .0723 nm
Or were these even necessary?
Thanks in advance
