Ok folks I am going to breach protocal, but since I'm the admin here, it's ok :)

Anyway, I have several new sites not at all related to physics of late. I've been working hard on the Physics Network for so long I needed something fresh to start.

Please check them out and sign up if you'd like. They're only about a week old so the fun is yet to begin.

Awsome art forum! It looks like I'm the first person to join besides Greg. That is awsome, now you'll have to make me a mentor.[:D]
Does it show your member number anywhere on the site?

How about a forum focus more on the general chit chat side of things: Strange but true, Movies, Politics, Philosophy, Computers and tech, Debate, Poetry, Pets, Friends and Family discussions Some Science discussions as well with the art side thrown with it, just my humble suggestion

Nice paintings..are you planning on selling them

Thanks Greg! Specially for that Art forum...awsome! But you should also include an Art Lounge there....artist can discuss a little ;)

I thought all science lovers are art (not haters) but don't like much! But I was wrong! I thought you are very smart Web Programmer but you are also a very good artist!

Thanks for proving me wrong! I liked to be wrong at least in this section :)

Moni is right. It needs a place where art can be discussed.[:)]
The site is just a bit dull when all you can do is submit and rate works of art.

No no Monique, that wasn't a picture of a dinosaur. It was just a painting of Greg.[:D]

Maybe it is just my imagination that is running wild, but I'm sure it is a Tiranosaurus Rex chasing a Volkswagen Beetle..

You guys are still wrong. It's just our King's attempt to draw his face entirely in html code. [:D]
(Please don't hurt me, Greg. It really was a compliment.)
Ends up looking like a dinosaur. Accurate enough[:D]

Greg, I had no idea you were such a talented artist! You have wonderful color sense, powerful solid structural form, personal style, interesting compositions and the guts to put strong color in portraits. Very good work.

As for the one that Monique is talking about, I don't think it looks at all like a dinosaur...

but the little thing better start running because the big thing is catching up! [:D]

Ahh, "perspective is everything" (not really!) so I must admit in the format that Monique has the painting linked, it does look a little like a "dino after a bug/vw/car" but if you look at it up close, you will get it, see, greg knew that I had broken my arm in a fall from my bicycle, and that is really the moment he has captured in this work of his, look at it in the enlarged viewpoint, and you too will clearly see it is really me flying on my bicycle, off of a little rock, and that is what/how it happened.
