if anyone could id be very gratefull

for a high pass filter

from the following list choose the two components which would produce a cut off frequency closest to 20 khz

resistor capacitor
50 ohm 0.1 nf
400 ohm 20 nf
150 k ohm 1 uf

formula being fc = 1 / 2pi * r * c
