I have some problem with my homework, i've already tried to solve this problem
These are some of my homework
1. Typically the earth has a small electric field that,when measured just above the surface,is around 100 N/C. What would be the electric field field just below the surface?
2. What value might we assign to the dielectric constant for a good conductor and explaine it!
