Think of a few situations, what would happen if both forces are pulling the box at 0 degrees. Then think of another situation... maybe what would happen (namely, draw a free-body diagram) if one is pulling at 0 degrees and one is pulling at 180 degrees.

To add to what Pengwuino said (and what was said in your other thread) use Newton's second law.

Be sure to note that the F refers to the net of the forces.
