hi! i am relatively new to these things... i am not a materials major but i need to learn how to have a detailed analysis on my sample using XRD. i am already able to trace the trend and changes in crystalline phases of my samples from the peak values. however, i need to know how to compute for the areas under each peak of the different crystalline phases. i need to be introduced to a relatively simple and fast technique. can anyone help?! thanks much
