There's a place for Science books but not Math books unless I missed it so I ask here. Functions Modeling Change: A Preparation for Calculus, 2nd Edition.
Could anyone who has used this textbook please tell me their likes/dislikes? What was most beneficial and what was the least help? What would you have done differently or what could have helped you in addition to it and it's study guide?
For those of you that are instructors, what do you see that could help your students but they are oblivious to, if anything? Other than doing examples and homework repetively, is there anything that you wish that you could pound into their heads?
Thank you in advance for your reply(ies).
