It is said that while Wiener random walk measures can be rigorously defined, their Wick-rotated equivalent, Feynman path integral measures, can not be.

Does anybody has a grasp on why does this accident happen?

I am intrigued also because the extreme limits, say stocasticity->0 and plank constant ->0 respectively, are expected to be mathematically well defined theories, both.
