Unfortunately I also read the reply at the bottom which makes no sense. How does reducing laws from thousands to 2 eliminate the need for most of what he lists? It just means that all the lawbreakers will be guilty of 1 or 2 crimes, it certainly will not reduce the number of crimes being commited, as he seems to suggest.
