Foucault Pendulum

I am trying to show that the plane of oscillation of a Foucault pendulum rotates uniformly 2*Pi*cos(t) radians per day where t is the colatitude. I've been trying to wrap my head around this problem but have no made much progress.

Any suggestions? Small angle approximation can be made.
