i have studying the following paten for a few months and i would ike to know if any body understands this patent and what its about.

I didn't spend a lot of time reading it (just skimmed), but it appears to be a high-tech version of the old 'whap-on-the-knee-with-a-hammer'. It provides a specific stimulus to the body and analyzes the brain's response pattern.
