This question has been discussed here a lot in the context of
expansion of universe . question is what is the minum length scale for
which the dynamical effects of dark energy (let us consder the
cosmological constant as the simplest case.) are important. obviously
the CC does not affect the dynamics of solar system, our galaxy and
even the Local group. question is what is the minimum length scale at
which dynamical effects due to cosmological constant are important.
Also a reference where this is discussed would be helpful.
Thanks
