I am the student of M.S. degrees of Physics and searching about three
subjects:

1. nucleate boiling
2. multiphase flow (such as two-phase flow, three-phase flow and
oil-water flow in wells)
3. diffusion of heat in fractal envirnments

all of them are the point of view of chaos. I should choose one of them
to work as my master thesis but I have not enough data to choose. I am
searching any related articles, the oldest information up to the recent
ones and phd/master thesis about them. Also I have the limitation in
time.

You have a lot more than chaos in the above three topics. Diffusion,
turbulence, nucleation and phase changes. Stat mech and fluid dynamics
abound -- in fact, I would guess that chaos is only a small part of what
you are proposing. 2. is probably the most approachable at the MS level
using, for example, Helle-Shaw cells (google and search the literature
-- lots of work there). Except for possible billiard-ball approaches 3.
is not about chaos IMHO unless you are identifying fractals with chaos
which is a mistake. Geometry of boundary conditions does not imply
anything chaotic or non-chaotic.
