Hi, i've been struggeling for a long time now trying to figure out how to use the symbolic toolbox for linearization.
I was wondering if somebody can help me get started.
Question
using the symbolic toolbox calculate the linearization of u′′−μ(1−u2)u′+u = 0 around the equilibrium at the origin (0.0) and determine numerically its eigenvalues; what is the type of equilibrium is this and is it structurally stable?
Can sombody please help me out with this?
