I just bought a plasma globa at Walmart for $20.00
How does this thing work? It that plasma inside the globe? Is there gas (inert?) in there, or is it a vacuum? Is it high voltage? High frequency?
When I put my hand on it, it arcs to my hand. Am I grounding it? Why do I only feel a static tingle and not an electric shock? When I touch it, it also produces a very high pitch sound. Has the frequency dropped? If so, why?
