Ok, so I have a test coming up on friday, and from talking to people who took this class last semester I've heard what one of their problems were but I'm a bit lost on how to solve it...
There is an aluminum rod with one end stuck into a bucket of ice water, and the other end is being heated by a hair dryer at a rate of 100W. What is the final temperature of the rod?
How would you go about this, in general?
