command complex library error

I keep getting this message. "command complex library error" Sometimes when I click OK in the box it will go away. But then it says that the program has performed an illegal operation. Sometimes when I can't get rid of it I'll hit ctrl-alt-del and I find a strang app runnng called initComcom. So far I get this message mostly when I try to print. I tried deleting and reinstalling the printer driver, but to no avail. Also some of my other programs are acting a little screwy. I checked on the internet and saw that others had this problem, but noone seems to have any answers. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas???
