I am a newbie to keithley trying to learn it.I am trying to measure a simple 2 point resistor value on the keithley 4200 measurement system. So i select Forcing funtion 'current sweep' on the SMU1, give a range, in the measuring options, i select current 'programmed' . Then for voltage i select the measured option. What should i select for bias ? On SMU2 what should i select the current and voltage options? Can someone let me know?
