Does anyone know of any good self-consistent Schrodinger/Poisson's equation solvers? (I'm trying to quickly determine the energy levels of a fairly complicated semiconductor quantum well structure.) The main caveat, of course, is that it needs to be free. The only thing that I can find is ATLAS, and from what I understand, it is quite expensive. Thanks.
