If the neutrino is its own antipartilcle, how would that affect its chirality?

I know neutrinos are chiral, left handed, and antineutrinos are chiral, right handed.

no neutrino is seen right handed and antineutriono left handed.

How would it affect things if neutrinos are their own antiparticles though?
