In water that is adequately magnetized, the motion of metal ions is orderly. Therefore the eddy of such water can serve as the rotation part of the antigravitation engine.
It can be known from Section 6.21 of the Antigravitation Engine Site that water molecules in the foggid state and temporarily in the same time segment can form temporary mirrors. The time dilation effect of the foggoid slows the rapid changes of the mirrors, and hence enables the mirrors to reflect images.
