In N=4 Super Yang-Mills theory, there is the so-called Montonen-Olive
duality as checked by Sen and others.
The question is how this duality is realized via ADS/CFT correspondence in
ADS side.

It is the famous SL(2,Z) duality of the IIB string theory (or the
corresponding IIB supergravity). Read section 14.1 of Polchinski.
