Hi!
Recently I have found this paper in the net:

it describes the function to plot graphs of beautiful snowflakes.
I am looking into it and want to create a programm that will plot them, unfortunately I am not as good in math as in programming.
If anyone can explain me how to build and algorithm to plot that graph - your help will be very much appreciated!
