I am a high school senior trying to make a decision about the college I want to attend. I intend to major in engineering. Not sure what form of engineering yet.
My choices are CSUN, SMC and USC.
USC is my top choice, but it is very expensive and would probably force me to take out loans for as much as 11k every year.
I am wondering if USC is really worth the price tag. And how much does it really matter where I get my bachelors degree? ( i will probably go after a masters degree ultimately) Is it worth having a 40 thousand debt in order to get a degree from a prestigious university? And how prestigious is a degree from USC really?
