Speculative Physics Periodical

Hi, does anyone know of any respectable (or quasi-respectable) magazine or periodical that publishes speculative articles on quantum mechanics (or physics generally)? I'm looking for something geared more for the lay reader - preferably with submissions BY lay readers.
