Latest AZ UFO sighting

I haven't run into (actually, haven't looked) to see if there's any video. Another apparently unexplained event. Has anyone heard of an explanation yet?

The news article says a man claimed responsibility, saying he tied some read flares to helium balloons and let them go in 1-minute intervals. What's difficult to believe about that? They look like road flares to me...

A man who lives in the north side of Phoenix says he's responsible. The man ... used fishing line to attach road flares to helium-filled balloons, then lit the flares and launched them a minute apart from his backyard.
