Can one have different orders of infinities in a speculative physical model? Linde's eternal chaotic inflation http://www.stanford.edu/~alinde/, with budding manifolds (i.e. universes), would seem an example. For each node (budding), one would have two paths; hence a resultant binary tree of 2^aleph naught, for N_o (aleph naught) nodes.
