1. Can black holes wobble?
The "No Hair" theorem says Black holes can indeed have angular momentum, i.e. spin, so if something heavy like a neutron star falls in and torques the BH, would it not precess a while?
2. And if a wobbling, spinning BH has electric charge & magnetic dipole , would it not generate very long length electromagnetic waves?
