Carbon Nanotubes

Greetings !

I was wondering if it's possible to scale up carbon
nanotubes. (Say lenghts of feet and greater and
cross sections of in^2, for example). It would seem
like a great way to conduct electricity in general
and very high current densities in particular (in
applications where costs is not a problem).
