Time is possible through speed when light slows down upon the speed of light
Using alternating electricty with the earth own magnetic field..
Taking the equation of electric fencing/wrapped with non conductive metals..
Example
Electricy poles.. Take 30 every other one turn off
With around 4 feet... of electric fences
2 feet around that=barbwire wrapping the electric fences
Thus should create an offset of a pure unified vortex.. allowing time travel in the same terrain.. Going and alternating though time once the generating offsets of electricty are maniuplated... Being 2 places at the same time...
