This applies to undergrads as well, although less so since they don't have to interact with the profs as much as the grad students.

And then I woud get an e-mail with help, or a possible meet time. I'm only one of two students he's supervising. He's very busy so I rarely e-mail him. Next term, we will be meeting once a week.
