This still seems to be an ongoing problem, so I'm going to sticky this post until it's resolved so folks are aware what's going on.
For some reason, contributors are unable to start threads in Feedback (this is isolated to this subforum). HW Helper or Science Advisor medals seem to prevent this problem, it's just the contributors without medals who are having problems.
In the meantime, if you need to start a thread that should be in Feedback, post it in General Discussion and a mentor will move it here for you. We are aware of the issue and won't penalize you for posting in the wrong forum since there is no other way to start a thread here until the problem gets unbroken.
Contributors will also find that replies to posts in feedback wind up in a moderation queue. Again, we don't know why. Your replies are posted, they just need a mentor to approve them to become visible, so there's no need to repost if you get a message saying you need to await approval. As we find them, we approve them.
