Cross-section conversion

Hello, everyone. I have a question: I have a cross-section value for certain particle production from proton collision in the form dsigma/dp/domega (p is momentum). I need to convert this value to the form dsigma/dpz/dpt, where pz and pt are longitudinal and transverse momenta of the outgoing particle. I can not work out the conversion coefficient. I will appreciate if someone helps me out.
