Daniel's post was written by Jack Sarfatti, including the comments about
the factions and the Bush administration (as well as those about Orwell,
Paul Ginsparg, and Lysenko). Only a small, non-political paragraph was a
quotation from your article.

I would like to ask you to accept my apologies for my misinterpretation of
the misleading formatting of Daniel's post, and for the sentences
discussing your alleged unscientific and political approach to science.
These sentences might apply to Jack Sarfatti (who was not mentioned by
Daniel), but the available facts don't justify similar statements about
you.
