Good Relativistic Quantum Mechanics Book

Can someone recommend a good book (like the equivalent of Griffiths, perhaps... very approachable, a good variety of problems that are not plug and chug, etc.) for relativistic quantum mechanics? At what point should someone start learning relativistic quantum mechanics? (say.. after learning relativity and how much of quantum mechanics?)
