I. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Under the direction of the President/CEO, the General Counsel serves as the principal legal adviser to the Center. The General Counsel acts as the Center?s principal lawyer generally and in conjunction with the other lawyers in the Center, as well as outside counsel, and serves all of the legal needs of the Center.
