Hi All,
A small question:
If I were to create a small vacuum electron beam device, the electrons have to pass through a foil to be able to enter our 1-atmosphere world. In this foil (titanium?), electrons will lose energy, and some electrons will be lost. I know how to calculate the energy loss from the stopping power, but how do I calculate the amount of electrons passing through the foil? What data do I need?
Many thanks,
Greetings,
