So, does this product leave you walking around with an erection all the time? That's the only effect that increasing blood flow to the penis is going to have. I don't know how they get away with selling this stuff. If it does work to enhance erection, then it should have all the same warnings as drugs like Viagra in terms of risks of stroke, heart attack, and that pesky priapism (though, it sounds like that's the goal from these ads :rolleyes:).

In the commercials for Viagra, when they state that anyone who experiences an erection for more than four hours should seek medical attention, I always think that given this criteria, as a teenager I would have spent a lot of time in the ER.

I read an article which stated the warning was mostly marketing. There is a chance of that happening, but very rare. They include it because it makes the product seem powerful and what guy doesn't dream of a wonderful 4+ hour love making session ;)

if it's got yohimbine HCl in it, then it will definitely work for some people. it may also cause anxiety, which may be counterproductive for some.

arginine and related compounds may help some, but nothing like the effect Y has. Y is also an excellent diet drug as it enhances fat mobilization and will also enhance that "fright or flight" response and make running a whole lot more natural.

that's some gonzo marketing page for a competitive product, but...

the yohimbe will work (see above post), the tribulus may have some dopaminergic agonism which may help libido but not erection, i would avoid licorice generally it can reduce T, arginine may help some people. and i'm not familiar with most of the rest of it, but if that's the ingredients, it looks like a classical kitchen sink approach. it's nothing more than placebo because even if some of these goofy things did work, there's not enough of them individually to cause an effect. but if the customer has any belief that deer antler velvet works, then a microgram costs you little and gives them a warm fuzzy.

I was under the impression it is supposed to make men bigger, not last longer. I would like to hear an honest person that has tried it say it actually made them bigger (as in longer not wider). Not that it matters if it does because it's like Rogaine, stop using it and the effect disappears if there is one. There is a way to tell if they are telling the truth too. There are things men who actually are bigger know that those less endowed don't.

that's just marketing speak. they don't qualify what "bigger" (actually "larger" comes to mind from that commercial) actually means. for someone with ED, "bigger" than you are when flaccid is all that matters. if a few dupes without ED also think that it might mean longer or wider, then all the better for sales. but they don't actually say longer.
