Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation or CDG are an growing group of inborn errors of metabolism. Our team is focussing on the genetics and cell biology of these diseases, with the aim to 1) identify new types of the disease and solve interesting clinical cases and 2) get a better insight into the (patho)physiology of the glycosylation defects.
