I bought some digestive enzymes from GNC, which contains 250 FIP units of lipase per serving. I am trying to figure out how much to take with my fatty meals, especially peanut butter, but can't really find any real info on dosage amount. Does any one know exactly how many FIP units of lipase are necessary to break down 1 gram of fat, such as that in peanut butter?
