Trigonometric Integrals

I'm trying to solve this two integrals, and I think I got them right, but my answers don't match up with the book's answer. I guess is because they simplified them. So I want to know how they got there, or if I made mistakes and that's why I cant get the answer.
(my numbers look like that of a 3 years old, I know.)
