this is not a homework quetion.
can the limit below be proved for w(t) being a positive discrete function bounded by above and
$\sum_{t=0}^{\infty} w^i(t)=\infty$ for i=2,3
$
\lim_{Q\rightarrow \infty} \frac{ \left(\sum_{t=0}^{Q-1} w^3(t)\right)^2}{\left(\sum_{t=0}^{Q-1} w^2(t)\right)^3}=0
$
