About six years ago, after I spent months logging government sites and locating documents, about 60-80% of them disappeared. Some of them popped up at other locations later, some I have never found again. It may be starting again.

You do realize that the NSA has redesigned its webpage, right?

Unless the server is down, obviously.

The links aren't doing too well yet. It will be interesting to see if all is preserved.

Can anyone else open the referenced pdf at the new page?

It just locks me up.

I'm downloading that pdf just fine. Maybe it's just you that's excluded.

Well that figures!

Okay, I overreacted. Considering their little trick six years ago I guess I'm paranoid.

Now at least we know that you care.

All right, I was going to look but Zooby kept distracting me. It was Zooby's fault. Evil Zooby!

...besides, it gave me a chance to complain about the last time. Evil NSA!

Of course now I have to re-link the files.

The best idea (when you stumble across something "unusual" on a webpage, is to print it off onto paper). Thats what I do.
Maybe (in this particular case) the NSA has not "erased" or "changed" UFO-related materials. However, they certainly have in the past. Compare some materials (printed off in paper form) from the mid-nineties to whats on there today.
