2 Weeks ago two french scientists visited our school. A prof. X and a Dr. Y

Prof. X was going to present about internationalization of websites (sponsored by our language engineering lab so you expect it will be something about machine translation) and the Dr. Y was going to present about analysis of website usage using Ant algorithm.

Prof. presents something he has presented in past (who knows how many times, he confessed of one) for 1:30 minutes (30 minutes more than his time!) and the content is unfortunately useless. He discusses PHP implementation details of a template engine like technique with language files!

Then Dr. Y from the same university announces that he has changed his mind and will present a totally different subject! :(

I had canceled a meeting to attend their speech. I was so angry that I left without listening to the second presentation. I was shocked to see how scientific presentation standards have degraded.
