Hello,

My name is Yigit and although I myself have no great expertise in the general subject of physics other than high school examinations, I do have a friend, Patrick, whom I've known for about 25 years and who does know a lot more.

Patrick has written a Physics paper but he does not belong to any academic circles. My involvement was to convert the paper into LaTeX format and from that to PDF as well as html.

I believe sincerely that there is something very important and extremely revolutionary about the contents and here is not the place to go into any kind of detail. However, suffice to say that the field to which the paper belongs is particle physics.

My query is really about how to bring the paper (some 54 pages long) to the attention of science academics (preferably via the internet) so that it can be properly reviewed. Here lies my problem. I have no idea where or who to send it to.

Is there a special site or forum where people with genuine ideas can submit their work for recognition?

I thank you in advance for any help and guidance.

Regards

Yigit

independently where he sends the paper, I suggest that he requires the modality of "blind refereeing". Then the guy that corrects will focus only on the text and consider no prejudice concerning the author or his affiliation. Maybe this seems ridicolous, but I have received in more of an ocassion a paper to referee with notes of the type "look who's made this stuff" attached.
