A weightlifter (mass 75 kg) raises the body’s centre of mass by 0.4 m in the process of
lifting a barbell weight of 70 kg to a height of 1.04 m above the ground. Calculate the total
work done in lifting the weight. The weight is raised in 0.2 seconds; hence calculate the power of the weightlifter.

Unfortunately, you first need to show us what equations you think you'll need to use, and how you'll apply them in each case... we'll then help if you seem stuck.
