Here is one thing I noticed (most likely placebo) when playing one of the "concentration" presets from SBAgen, is that I seem to want to write more neatly when I do my math home work...:rofl:
I don't think it works if I need to read new material and digest the information if I'm listening to alpha or "focus" presets. I've never tried theta though. Maybe binaural beats are more complex to use properly?
