You will apply combined quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) methods, and apply other computational chemistry and molecular simulation methods (quantum chemical and molecular dynamics simulation techniques to study mechanisms, structure and dynamics of cytochrome P450 enzymes. This will involve the modelling of biochemical mechanisms of drug metabolism, and the development and testing of parameters and simulation conditions.
