What's up with these warnings ? Are they new or have I just not noticed them before ? (start here -->***** and look up)

I just noticed that, too, and it startled me. Then I saw it was at the top of everyone's posts.

I would think it simplifies the moderators' work quite a bit to have instant access to
a given person's warnings.
In addition, I think it will help making their decisions about banning/locking (even) more objective/fair.
