Hi. I have a question.
I've got a basic idea of how P - N - P devices work, and N- P / P - N devices like diodes work, and have the basic notion that a standard PNP device can /sort of/ function like a capacitor (correct me if wrong).
But the layout that was explained to me, - the schematics, of a Quantum Wire, was very confusing. I had like 3 different images going through my mind (all sandwiches with wonderbread and stuff in the middle).
And was hoping someone could elucidate the subject, or point to a good website with a nifty image or something.
